    Ingredients

    ½ cup Gerber® Oat Baby Cereal
    ½ cup rolled oats
    2 tbsp unsweetened coconut, shredded
    ½ pouch of Gerber® Organic Banana, Beet & Pomegranate Purée
    Additional shredded coconut for coating, if desired

    Preparation

    • Add Gerber® Oat Baby Cereal, rolled oats, shredded coconut and Gerber® Organic Banana, Beet & Pomegranate Purée in a food processor and blend until well combined. The mixture will be very soft and easy to handle.
    • Transfer mixture onto parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin to ¼ inch thickness. Using 1½ inch cookie cutters, cut into desired shape. Coat in shredded coconut if desired.
    •  Cut up into very small pieces before serving to young children.

    Tip : The bites can be kept in an airtight container for up to three days
