Mini Muffins
Bake these toddler-approved mini muffins and make snack time even more delicious.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cup Gerber® Multigrain Apples & Oranges Toddler Cereal
- ⅓ cup all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pouch Gerber® Organic Mango, Apple and Pear purée

Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease a mini muffin pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together Gerber® Multigrain Apples & Oranges Toddler Cereal, flour and baking powder. In a larger bowl, whisk together egg, butter, vanilla extract and Gerber® Organic Mango, Apple and Pear purée. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Scoop the muffin batter into the mini muffin pan, filling 18 spots halfway for each. Fill any empty spaces with water to encourage even baking.

Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes. Insert a toothpick to see if cooked through. (If it comes out clean, the muffins are done, if there is still some batter they need another minute or two) . Cool for five minutes in the muffin pan and then put muffins on a cooling rack until completely cooled.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
Tip
Switch out Gerber® Organic Mango, Apple and Pear purée for any of your little ones’ favourite flavours!
