Vegetable Patties

Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans, cooked and mashed
- ¼ cup green beans, boiled and finely diced
- 2 tbsp roasted red peppers, finely diced
- ½ cup Gerber® Oatmeal Baby Cereal
- 1 egg

This recipe should only be fed to seated, supervised children who are accustomed to solid foods
Step by step

Preheat oven to 350℉

Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Form small patties (approximately 2 inches wide and ½ inch thick) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the fridge and discard the plastic wrap. Bake for 25 minutes on the middle rack. Allow to cool before serving.

Cut into bite sized pieces before serving..
