Muffins aux P’tits croquants et au brocoli
Ingrédients
- ⅓ t. (75 ml) Céréales d’avoine pour bébés GerberMD
- ⅓ t. (75 ml) P’tits croquantsMC GerberMD Biologique Cheddar et brocoli, écrasés en poudre
- ⅓ t. (75 ml) farine tout usage
- ½ c. à thé (3 ml) poudre à pâte
- 1 œuf
- 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) beurre, fondu
- 2 c. à soupe (30 ml) Purée GerberMD Biologique Citrouille, banane et carotte
- ¼ t. (60 ml) cheddar râpé
- ¼ t. (60 ml) très petits bouquets de brocoli, cuits
Étape par étape

Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease a standard size muffin pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together Gerber® Oatmeal Baby Cereal, Gerber® Organic Lil' Crunchies®, Cheddar Broccoli, flour and baking powder. In a larger bowl, whisk together egg, butter, Gerber® Organic Pumpkin, Banana & Carrot Purée, grated cheddar and broccoli. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Scoop the muffin batter into the muffin pan, filling 6 spots ½ way for each. Bake in the oven for 17 to 20 minutes. Insert toothpick to see if cooked through. (If it comes out clean, the muffins are done, if there is still some batter they need another minute or two). Cool for five minutes in the muffin pan and then put muffins on a cooling rack until completely cooled.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
