Yogurt Bowl with Berries and Fruit

Change up your toddler’s breakfast routine with this fun Smoothie Bowl. This also makes for a great snack!


  • 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 scoops Good Grow™ Nutritional Toddler Drink, Vanilla Flavour 
  • 3 frozen strawberries 
  • ¼ cup mixed frozen berries 

Suggested toppings: kiwi, banana, strawberry, graham crumbs

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  • Separate into portion appropriate sizes.

  • Top with fruit cut into age-appropriate sized pieces and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
