- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/4 banana, sliced
- 1/4 apple, sliced and peeled
- 85 ml water
- Add 3-4 leaves of kale

Blend all fruit, carrots and water until smooth.
Add 3-4 leaves of kale, blend until smooth.
Add GOOD GROW Plain milk flavour powder, blend until smooth.
Pour into a cup and serve immediately. (Colour may change if you let it stand).
- Can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours after blending.
- When blending kale, try adding one or two leaves at a time to best incorporate into smoothie.
