- ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp water

- ½ garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp carrot, grated into age-appropriate size pieces
- 1 tbsp frozen peas, thawed and cut if required for age of child
- 1 tbsp peeled cucumber, cut into age-appropriate size pieces

To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined.
To make the bowl, place the quinoa down first. Follow with the remaining ingredients.
Drizzle with two tablespoons of the sauce.
You can mix all the bowl ingredients together or keep them separate.
