Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 apple, sliced and peeled
  • 85 ml water
  • Add 3-4 leaves of kale
  • 2 scoops of GOOD START 3 Plain Milk flavour (18.5 g powder)

  • Blender
Allergens
  • Milk
  • Soy
  • Tuna

Recipe Instructions

  • Blend all fruit, carrots and water until smooth.
  • Add 3-4 leaves of kale, blend until smooth.
  • Add GOOD START 3 Plain milk flavour powder, blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a cup and serve immediately. (Colour may change if you let it stand).

Tips

  • Can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours after blending.
  • When blending kale, try adding one or two leaves at a time to best incorporate into smoothie.
