    Ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • ¼ cup prepared Good Grow™ Stage 3 Nutritional Toddler Drink, Vanilla Flavour
    •  (1 ¼ scoops mixed with 50ml of water)
    • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ tsp natural vanilla extract
    • 2 slices of thick bread
    • 1 tsp butter or oil
    • ½ cup prepared apple sauce, for dipping

    Preparation

    • In a medium bowl, whisk egg, GOOD GROW, cinnamon and vanilla extract until combined. Dip slices in the mixture one at a time, turning to coat both sides well. 
    • Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat, and add butter or oil. Cook each slice until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
    • Slice French toast into strips or bite size pieces and serve with apple sauce.

    Note: The cooking/baking process will inactivate the active probiotic cultures in GOOD GROW.
