Beets & Berries Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup shredded raw beets (peeled)
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup canned pineapple, chunks
  • 85 ml water
  • Add 3-4 leaves of spinach
  • 2 scoops of GOOD START 3 Plain milk flavour (18.5 g powder)

Recipe Instructions

  • Blend all fruit, beets and water until smooth.
  • Add 3-4 leaves of spinach, blend until smooth.
  • Add GOOD START 3 Plain milk flavour powder, blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a cup and serve immediately. (Colour may change if you let it stand).

Tips

  • Can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours after blending.
  • When blending spinach, try adding one or two leaves at a time to best incorporate into smoothie.
