Step by step
35 minsTime total
Cook pasta according to the package directions.
In a small saucepan, place chicken pieces and cover with an inch of water. Place a steamer basket on top and fill with the vegetables. Cover, poach, and steam for 15 minutes, stirring vegetables occasionally. Remove the chicken and vegetables. Ensure vegetables are very soft.
Remove chicken from the pot and shred or dice into smaller pieces for your baby to pick up with their fingers or with a fork.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Whisk in flour and cook for one minute or until the mixture starts browning. Gradually add GOOD GROW and whisk until completely incorporated. Cook 4-5 minutes whisking constantly until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Add the chicken and vegetables to the sauce along with the pasta. Stir together and serve.
The cooking/baking process will inactivate the active probiotic cultures in GOOD GROW.
