- 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/3 cup canned pineapple, chunks
- 85 ml water
- Add 3-4 leaves of spinach
- 2 scoops of GOOD GROW Plain milk flavour (18.5 g powder)

Blend all fruit, beets and water until smooth.

Add 3-4 leaves of spinach, blend until smooth.

Add GOOD GROW Plain milk flavour powder, blend until smooth.

Pour into a cup and serve immediately. (Colour may change if you let it stand).
Tips:
- Can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours after blending.
- When blending spinach, try adding one or two leaves at a time to best incorporate into smoothie.
